We fix the cause — not just the symptoms.
Local people. Solid foundations.
Thirty years in the trade, based in Maysville — not a call center two hours away.
Any one of these means water or soil pressure is working on your foundation. None of them get better on their own — but most of them are a lot smaller to fix than homeowners fear.
Stair-step cracks in block, or a crack that keeps getting wider.
Water on the floor every time it rains hard.
A basement wall pushing in, bulging or leaning.
Doors sticking, floors sloping, brick separating outside.
A roof leak is easy to see, roofs get replaced on a schedule, and storm damage is usually covered by insurance. Water at the ground works slowly and out of sight.
Saturated soil cracks and pushes in foundation walls, rots sill plates and floor joists, and feeds mold in basements and crawl spaces. Floor framing costs far more to replace than roof framing.
Homeowners policies generally exclude long-term seepage, so the repair comes out of your pocket. An unrepaired foundation or water problem can also take 10 to 15 percent off a home's value when it's time to sell.
Stopping the water early is the cheapest fix there is. Wet basement, musty crawl space, cracks, or doors starting to stick? Send us a few pictures — same-day answer, free inspection.
Catch it before it costs you. $499 a year for 4 visits. We check your foundation, grading, drainage and crawl space, and you get a photo report every visit. Sign up by November 30 for first visits in December. Call or text 606-375-3379.
Structural work and digging — the part most masonry outfits will not touch, and the part a foundation problem actually needs.
Cracked and failing block, footing repair, structural rebuilds. We find what is causing it before we price the fix.
Exterior excavation, membrane, drain tile and stone — water routed away from the wall instead of chased inside.
When a wall is bowed or failing, we take it out and lay a new one — and relieve the pressure that pushed it in, so it stays put.
Footing drains, downspout lines and yard drainage — usually the real source of a wet basement.
Footings, block walls and fill for additions, garages and new builds.
Brick, block and stone repair, tuckpointing, chimneys, lintels and porches.
The man who looks at your foundation is the man who runs the work. Nobody here earns a bonus for selling you a bigger repair.
Not every crack is a foundation job. If the fix is a downspout and a drain line, that's what we'll tell you, even though it's a smaller check.
Drainage and waterproofing carry a one-year workmanship warranty, and you call the same number you called the first day.
We come look, tell you what's causing it and what it takes to fix it. No high-pressure close in your kitchen.
Thirty years in brick, block and stone, right here in Mason County. I look at every foundation myself, I price it myself, and I'm on the job when it's being done. When you call that number, you're talking to me — not a salesman working off a commission sheet.

No. The inspection is free. We come look at the wall, tell you what is actually causing it, and put a written price in your hand.
Interior systems collect water that has already entered the wall and pump it back out — that is managing water, not waterproofing. We stop it outside: dig the wall, repair it, install dimple board as the barrier, pipe clean stone to daylight, then backfill and grade so roof and surface water leaves the foundation. A sump is honest work only where water sits under a slab and digging is not possible.
No. Bracing holds a wall where it is; it does not remove what is pushing on it. For a bowed or failing wall we take the wall out, lay a new one, and relieve the pressure that pushed it in.
Most of the time it is water that was never carried away from the house — downspouts dumping at the foundation, a plugged or collapsed drain line, and grade that falls toward the wall. Fixing the drainage is often the real repair, and we will tell you when that is all you need.
Yes. We work both sides of the river — Brown and Adams Counties in Ohio, including Ripley, Aberdeen, Georgetown, Mount Orab, West Union and Manchester.
Tell us what the wall is doing and we'll come look at it. If you can, send a photo when you message — it helps us come prepared.
